Brief introduction JMP-BE-2611 Compass is a direction sensor specially made for robot. As is wellknown, the earth is like a titanic magnet having north and south poles. By measuring the surrounding magnetic field, the compass figures out the direction it's facing. The compass can return values from 0 degree to 360 degrees. Users can design new directions for pratical purpose, and improve reading precision via executing hardware compensation. Status indicator (made up of a circle of LEDs) makes it easy to see the working status of compass.
